What is PHA in your tea capsules?

Are all of your teas vegan?

What is natural flavouring?
Natural flavourings are pure extracts, essences, and oils derived from natural ingredients like plants or fruits, with no synthetic additives. These flavourings are allergen-free, rigorously tested, and compliant with Food Standards Agency (FSA) standards. They are used in small amounts to enhance flavour without altering the tea’s natural quality.
Why does the Coconut Chocolate Black Tea bag appear stained? Is it safe? Does it affect the flavour?
The staining on the tea bag is completely natural! It happens because the coconut flakes and cocoa nibs in the blend contain natural oils, which are easily absorbed by our plastic-free tea bags. Since our bags are made from fully biodegradable paper with no plastic barrier, they absorb these oils more readily, resulting in a light staining effect.
This won’t affect the flavour at all. The stain is only cosmetic and has no impact on the rich, smooth taste of your tea. Every cup still delivers the indulgent blend of coconut and chocolate as intended.
And yes—our tea bags are 100% safe and fully compostable. The staining simply reflects our use of real, natural ingredients and eco-friendly materials.

How should I brew your teas?
Each tea has a recommended brewing time and temperature listed on its packaging and product page. Generally, black and oolong teas need near-boiling water, while green teas should be brewed at slightly lower temperatures.
