2. Shipping Methods: We use reputable courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your tea. Delivery options and carriers may vary depending on your location.

3. Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track your shipment's progress.

4. Shipping Charges: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We offer free shipping on orders above £45 —please refer to our website for current promotions and offers.

International Shipping: We currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom. For international orders, please contact us at hello@de1tea.co.uk to discuss shipping options and rates.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DE1 TEA LTD. If for any reason you are not entirely happy

with your order, please review our returns and exchange policy below:

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Returns Period: You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@de1tea.co.uk with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

5. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, depending on your payment method and bank processing times, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, flavour, or product, please contact us at hello@de1tea.co.uk to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
