SHIPPING INFORMATION

At DE1 TEA LTD, we aim to deliver your tea order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Please review the following shipping information:

1. Processing Time: We dispatch your order within 48 hours. Once it’s on its way, it will be delivered via Royal Mail’s 48-hour tracked service.

2. Shipping Methods: We ship all UK orders using Royal Mail 48-hour tracked delivery for reliable and timely service.

3. Delivery Times: Royal Mail 48-hour tracked delivery aims to deliver within 2–3 working days, including Saturdays. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

4. Shipping Charges: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We offer free shipping on orders above £45  please refer to our website for current promotions and offers.

5. International Shipping: Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location. Detailed pricing will be shown at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DE1 TEA LTD. If for any reason you are not entirely happy

with your order, please review our returns and exchange policy below:

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Returns Period: You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@de1tea.co.uk with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

5. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, depending on your payment method and bank processing times, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, flavour, or product, please contact us at hello@de1tea.co.uk to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
